The Restaurant at Newbury College is now open to the public for lunches, evening meals and general bookings, providing you with an opportunity to sample the excellent dishes being created by our catering students.

With menus varying throughout the year, there is always something new and exciting being served up from hearty soups to decadent desserts.

Twice-cooked guinea fowl with forest mushrooms in a cream sauce
Atlantic cod with south west mussels, their jus and wilted greens

Our Catering Courses

Our catering and hospitality courses provide the essential skills for an exciting and highly creative industry. Whether you're interested in learning about preparing food and cooking, serving food and drink or a role in customer service or event management, we have a range of options at different levels to suit everyone.

The Restaurant at Newbury College offers fresh, quality food produced by the Catering students on Wednesday and Friday lunchtimes, and Thursday evenings.

Our Restaurant is available for Private hire throughout the year which includes full sit down plated functions for up to 40 covers; or hot and cold Buffets; bowl food and canapé receptions for up to 150 persons.

We have catered for awards ceremonies, corporate presentations, marketing events and group celebrations for the local community.
