Art and Photographic Studios
A photography suite with two darkrooms and a studio provide professional facilities. There is also access to IT facilities for editing of digital or scanned images.
There are over 40 classrooms, ideal for meetings that require syndicate exercises or a more intimate setting. We also have a number of fully equipped IT suites with interactive whiteboards.
Construction Skills Centre
The construction skills centre enables College Learners the opportunity to learn a wider range of skills to prepare them for the construction industry with separate wet and dry areas for brickwork and carpentry respectively.
This area combines woodwork and metalwork benches, the pottery workshop and engineering lathes. The workshop is used by students on a range of courses including Art & Design, Textiles, Pottery, Engineering and Welding.
There are more than 300 PCs available for student use in the College in dedicated IT suites and situated within the Learning Resource Centre.
Media students have access to a TV studio and editing suites. The suites provide valuable practical experience in compiling, recording, editing and broadcasting news items and programmes.
Motor Vehicle Workshops
The College has a fully-equipped workshop for motor vehicle maintenance and repair students. There are three vehicle bays for testing and servicing, plus other modern facilities to enable students to develop relevant practical and theoretical skills.
The College has a purpose built training kitchen for students studying catering and hospitality.
Opened in 2012, the new sports hall is the equivalent size of four badminton courts and is currently used for a variety of activities including cricket, basketball, netball, hockey, tennis and futsal.
