This course is designed for people with either an interest or experience in Manufacturing and/or Engineering design. Hands-onr knowledge and skills practiced to develope and aid progression in a career. Application of learnings include 3D printing, CNC machine control, component and assembly sesign and manufacturing.

Subjects covered include:

  • 3D Modelling with the latest industry software
  • Drawings creation
  • Assembly modelling
  • Introduction to 3D Printing
  • Intro to CNC machine control

Entry Requirements

There are no formal entry requirements but a knowledge of working drawings would be an advantage.

Home Study

Students are encouraged to download the free software system onto their personal machines to allow practise between lessons.
