Discover how to make tasty and delicious dishes using only plant based ingredients. This workshop will include a light lunch or starter, a main dinner and a dessert.
Discover the benefits of plant based cooking and eating, using no dairy or meat products. It is vital that a range of different plant based ingredients are used to ensure that we are getting all of the nutrients we need.
This course will include:
- An introduction to whole food, plant based cooking
- Information on nutrition and how to get all we need from plant based eating
- Step by step instructions on how to make to a tasty quinoa salad and Kale crisps, a vegan moussaka and finishing off with a superb and decadent double-chocolate vegan pot cake.
Students will leave with all of their lovely food, along with print outs of all of the recipes covered on the day, nutritional sheets and guidance and lots of other lovely recipes to try at home.
