A step by step masterclass which will show you how to prepare and cook an unique and professional 3 course menu which you can impress family and friends for special occasions.

There are no entry requirements but a keen interest in cooking would be a benefit.

Qualifications

There are no formal qualifications attached to this course but you will receive a College certificate.

Assessment

This is a non-accredited short course. Students will be able to self-assess their own achievement through their ability to carry out the skills they learn during the course.

Home Study

This is a short course and no homework will be set. Students are however encouraged to continue practicing the skills they learn and put them into practice.

Work Placement

Work placement is not required for this programme.

Progression

Level 1 and 2 catering and level 2 food and beverage.

Fees and Additional Costs

Your ingredients will be supplied as part of the course and you will have the opportunity to sample your dishes at the end of the day.
