This short course is designed for enthusiastic bakers to understand and perfect the art of chocolate work. Discover the processes and what they can create, including dipping ganache techniques.
Step-by-step recipes and the hands on experience to make the perfect patisserie. With access to a professional kitchen and ingredients to make their own creation, students can take their produce home with them to share (or not!).
There are no entry requirements but a keen interest in cooking would be a benefit.

There are no formal qualifications attached to this course but you will receive a College certificate.
This is a non-accredited short course. Students will be able to self-assess their own achievement through their ability to carry out the skills they learn during the course.
This is a one-day course and no homework will be set. Students are however encouraged to continue practicing the skills they learn and put them into practice.
Work placement is not required for this programme.
