During this 4 hour course you will be instructed on how to prepare, cook and sample a unique 3 course menu that has be designed by our Michelin star chef Anthony Millon.
A step by step masterclass which will show you how to prepare and cook an unusual 3 course menu for Easter.
Your ingredients will be supplied as part of the course and you will have the opportunity to sample your dishes at the end of the day.
This is an informal short course. Students will be able to self-assess their own achievement through their ability to carry out the skills they learn during the course.
There are no formal entry requirements for this course.
There are no formal qualifications attached to this course, however a Newbury College participation certificate will be issued.
This is a short one-day course and no homework will be set. Students are however encouraged to continue practicing the skills they learn.
Some basic cooking skills use would be an advantage.
Work placement is not included on this programme.
