This workshop will cover:
- Hot Crust pastry from scratch
- Meat or vegetable filling
- Method and techniques of making hot crust pastry
- Making a tasty filling
- Tips on baking a pie
- Creating a design for the pastry and crimping
- Glazing and baking the pie.

This is a one day course, therefore no homework will be set.
Students do not need to be in relevant work to undertake this course.
Students can progress onto a number of other cooking classes including: Quick and Simple Meals, Mexican Street Food, Bread Making and many more.
Fees and Additional Costs
The price below includes an additional £5 materials fee, which covers the cost of materials used during the session. Students will be required to purchase some of their own ingredients.
