The CMI Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Management and Leadership is suitable for practising or aspiring managers who will supervise or manage a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes. Students wishing to take this course will need to have completed the CMI L3 Principles in Management and Leadership Award.
