As an assessor for Newbury College you will be supporting students in the workplace, so it is vital that you can demonstrate your knowledge, experience and skills in the sector you are assessing. You will need to be qualified to at least NVQ level 3 in your chosen sector and possess a completed A1 assessor qualification. In addition, a PTTLS qualification or a willingness to work towards one is essential.The hours are flexible and the rates of pay competitive.
