Foundation Learning

We offer a range of courses for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. Courses are designed to meet students needs across varying levels and abilities, and we work alongside parents and carers to ensure individual requirements are catered for. We also work with and are supported by West Berkshire Council and Mencap.

The College has training rooms at the Monks Lane campus for these courses, alongside a network of external centres for activities. Facilities include a home economics kitchen, a horticulture garden, pottery workshop and project room. We work to support each student to help them develop and progress within a structured learning environment.

TheFoundation Learning team consists of trained and qualified staff committed to the well being and development of students with learning difficulties and disabilities.
