Fresh Pasta- Making Workshop
Overview
This workshop is designed for anyone wishing to learn how to create flawless pasta from scratch. A fun filled workshop, stuffed with great tips and advice from an accomplished Italian chef. Learners will need to bring the following to the session; pen, notebook, ingredients, apron, tea towel and container.Learn how to create flawless pasta from scratch!
The workshop will consist of;
- Introduction to pasta and its origin
- Tutor demonstrations
- Step by step instructions
- Cook and taste session
By the end of the workshop learners will have learnt how to create a base for any fresh pasta, how to create different varieties of pasta, how to flavour fresh pasta and which dishes to cook with their different varieties of fresh pasta!

This course is delivered by Orsola Magic. Orsola has over 12 years experience as a Chef, both in Milan and the UK, cooking and creating dishes for all types of events and settings. An accomplished Chef Patissier, Orsola has cooked for many VIPs, including royalty, Michael Schumacher and the Archbishop of Canterbury! Orsola has now been teaching in the UK for several years, alongside running her own successful catering business, and has many years of experience teaching cooking to both children and adults, beginners and professionals.
*PLEASE NOTE- This course running is subject to receiving a minimum of 6 enrolments. Newbury College reserve the right to close, cancel or postpone a course if it has not received the minimum required enrolment number by the scheduled start date. In the case of cancellation, enrolled learners will be notified 3 days prior to the start of the course and are entitled to claim for a full refund of their course fees.

Learners can progress onto the 'Introduction to Italian Cooking course'.Assessment

Learners do not need to be in relevant work to undertake this course.Additional Costs
Learners will be required to pay an additional 2.00 materials fee on enrolment to cover the cost of the ingredients used by the tutor for demonstration purposes.
