Team Leading ILM Certificate
Overview
This programme develops the skills and knowledge of current and aspiring team leaders. This course is eligible for SFA funding support.This course will give you a basic knowledge of the roles, functions and responsibilities of a team leader along with the limits of their authority and accountability. This is then broadened to incorporate more advanced skills to lead your team effectively. This will include practical techniques in motivating teams, plus planning and monitoring their work.
To gain the ILM Team Leading Certificate, learners are required to gain a minimum of 13 credits. There are three mandatory units with a credit value of 4. Thereafter, optional units are selected with a minimum total credit value of 9.

Learners will normally be either practising or aspiring team leaders. There are no formal educational requirements, but learners should have a background that will enable them to benefit from the programme.Qualifications
