Business Administration NVQ Certificate Level 2
OverviewThe Business Administration course is ideal for anyone who wishes to work or are already employed in an administrative role. This course is eligible for SFA or EFA funding support.
To achieve the NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Business Administration the learner must achieve:
A minimum of 21 credits overall of which a minimum of 14 credits must be at level 2.
9 credits must be from the four mandatory units in group A.
A minimum of 7 credits must be from optional units in group B.
A maximum of 5 credits are allowed from optional units in group C.
ProgressionNVQs in Level 3 and 4 in Business Administration
AssessmentAssessment will be in the form of practical work and building portfolio of learner work.
Entry RequirementsNVQ 1 Certificate in Business Administration would be advantage but is not essential
QualificationsNVQ 2 Certificate in Business Administration
Home StudyLecturers will set "homework" - exercises to be completed at home and reviewed the following week. Students may wish to undertake self - study outside of classroom hours.
SkillsNo previous experience required
Work PlacementAs part of the assessment for this qualification, candidates must have access to a work or a realistic work environment either through employment or voluntary work.
