Strictly the Solo Way
OverviewLearn to move like they do in Strictly. No partner? No problem! After enrolment learners will be sent a Physical Readiness Questionnaire, which they will need to complete and bring with them to the session. Learners will also need to bring: a bottle of water, comfortable shoes and loose, comfortable clothing. Please enrol early for this course to avoid disappointment.
The aim of this session is to learn some Strictly dances and moves without a partner (solo). Although learning is a lifelong skill, this is a very enjoyable and sociable way to exercise to different types of music- helping fitness, co-ordination and wellbeing. 15/047/2013-01
