Overview

This course is designed for any learner wishing to find out more about Microsoft PowerPoint, in order to create effective, powerful presentations, sure to impress any audience. Learners should bring a notepad and pen with them on the day if they wish to take notes.

From creating a photo album, to producing a rolling demo, this taster course will show you how to use PowerPoint effectively and teach you some of the animation features that will really impress your audience.

Whether you want to create a presentation for work/ interview, or simply want to learn more for your pleasure- there is something for everyone on this fun filled workshop.

Newbury College reserve the right to close, cancel or postpone a course if it has not received the minimum required enrolment number by the scheduled start date. In the case of cancellation, enrolled learners will be notified 3 days prior to the start of the course and are entitled to claim for a full refund of their course fees.

Learners can progress onto many different longer Microsoft courses, more information will be provided from the tutor on the day.

Learners will be assessed through tutor feedback and observation.

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, although a basic knowledge of computers is required.
