Train to Gain is a national service available to businesses and organisations of all sizes and occupational sectors. It is designed to give businesses the support they need to improve business performance and keep a competitive edge. The most valuable resource a business has is its employees and it is becoming ever more essential to ensure that employees have the right skills at the right level for their job and for their career development.

Funding is available for all kinds of people including:

Organisations employing fewer than 50 staff may also be eligible for wage compensation to help cover the cost of time spent off the job.
