Freedom of Information

Under the rights established by the Freedom of Information Act 2000, any individual from anywhere in the world has the right to request access to any recorded information being held by the University. Even if the information falls into one of the Acts exemption categories, in most cases, the University is still obliged to confirm or deny whether it is holding the requested information.

Requests for information and all related enquiries can be made to Learner Services Team by emailing info@newbury-college.ac.uk or calling 01635 845 000.  This will then be passed to the relevant Officer.

The links on this page take you to documents which detail the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 that are made of Newbury College to make certain types of information freely available to the general public.

If you wish to contact Newbury College concerning Freedom of Information issues, please use the on-screen form below.

We will contact you about your enquiry as soon as possible.
