First Full Level 3 Entitlement (L3E)

The L3E covers the cost of course tuition fees for learners who are aged 19 or over but not yet 25 at the start of their course and who meet standard Learning and Skills Council residency and eligibility criteria. Learners must be about to start/complete their first full level 3 qualification (eg BTEC National Diploma or Certificate, NVQ 3, 2 A Levels, CACHE Diploma in Childcare).

A request may be made to the Learner Support Fund to cover any other course related costs. Please contact a Learner Guidance Adviser or College Welfare Adviser in Learner Services for more information.
