Creative StudiesThe excellent facilities at the Monks Lane campus include art studios, a screen printing facility, textiles and pottery workshops, photographic studios and darkrooms plus an IT suite. Performing Arts students benefit from a modern performance hall complete with sprung floor, dressing rooms, lighting and staging. Catering & HospitalityWest Berks has a high demand for trained Catering and Hospitality staff. The College has a fully equipped air conditioned training kitchen and offers both full and part time Catering courses.

Beauty, Complementary Therapies & HairdressingThe College offers full and part time Hairdressing, Beauty & complementary therapy courses for students wishing to qualify in this area. From aromatherapy and epilation to nail art and theatrical make up, there are many subjects on offer. There is a fully operation Beauty Salon at Monks lane and a newly built Hairdressing training salon and nail bar at New Greenham park. |

Sports and Public ServicesNewbury College has established a Football Academy in association with Thatcham Football Club. Budding soccer stars now have the opportunity to train with football professionals as part of a College team whilst continuing academic studies. |

CareThe College offers a comprehensive range of Health and Social Care and Early Years Care courses. Many of these are workbased with students attending College by day release. The College has excellent links with employers in the Care sector in West Berks. |
